The Report proposes a series of recommendations for professionals on the importance of understanding the various dimensions of vulnerability; concrete measures for improving the situation of Third Country Nationals (TCN), both through the elaboration and revision of policies in the field as well as through standardization of the different types of assistance; the need for collecting minimal data on TCN at risk, the exchange and the communication of this data among interested parties; the institutional coordination for the reduction of the of TCN vulnerability to trafficking and exploitation, with an accent on the Romania as a national case study but aiming at practices at EU level which may be implemented for the benefit of TCN; the involvement of potential employers as a key resource.
